You know the end of another Legion Year (2013/14) is coming to an end when you hear
about nominations for,and election of officers for the next membership year (2014/15).
Chaplain’s Corner For May.
Fellow Legionnaires, another month has passed and so has some of our brothers and sisters. It is sad that we don’t learn about our members until they go “Post Everlasting”. We would prefer to let our members know that we care when they are sick, or are in the hospital, to wish them a speedy recovery.
Help me by contacting me when a brother or sister is sick or in the hospital. May God Bless all.

Service Officer’s Corner For May.
Per Department of American Legion you must fill out the recent form for the “free $5,000.00 benefit” at no cost to the Veteran. If you completed a previous form you will need to fill out the most recent form to continue the coverage.

May 10th the District 12 meeting will be held in Chowchilla at 10:00am. Nominations and elections will be held for the 2014–2015 calendar year. If any auxiliary member would like to go, please contact me as I will be going.
