Thanks to all our members that were able to attend our District 12th Meeting. A lot of great information was discussed. If any members are in the area of Modesto on Tuesday or Thursday come to the Veterans Center on 3500 Coffee Road and I look forward in seeing you.
Our Thanksgiving Dinner will be on the 22th of November, please keep that date in mind. Also on November 2ND Turlock HS NJROTC Annual Dinner and Dance at the Salvation Army Hall on Lander at 6pm. Depending on how many would like to attend we vote on how many tables to purchase, also you can bring your wife or girlfriends.
We are not sure at this point if they will be a cannon ceremony on Veterans Day! More to come!!!

ALR and SAL News
Our next Chapter 88 Riders and SAL squadron 88 meetings will be held on Sunday Oct 6, 2019. The times for Sons is at 8am & for the Riders is at 9am @ the legion post.
Also we are sponsoring the 2nd annual “Frank Goldsmith Veterans Memorial Run” on Saturday Oct 19, 2019.
There is a $30 registration fee which includes an all you can eat ticket at Hometown Buffet and raffle drawings.
Registration is from 8 to 9:30am @ the legion post. Kickstands up at 9:45am. For more info contact Celso at 209-262-7292.
