Dear Brothers & Sisters,
We pray that God’s Blessings are keeping you and yours safe during this time of world wide sickness.
May we soon be able to finally get back to some kind of normal life where we may come together again.
Please, let me know of any member or their spouse who is sick, in the hospital, or has passed on in the last month. We send out a card to the person or their family.

Chaplain’s Corner For June 2020.
Dear Brothers & Sisters,
Since we didn’t have a normal Memorial
Day Service I am reporting the Chaplains prayer that I had ready for all.
On this Memorial Day we are thankful for the sacrifice so many throughout our history have made and the families who had to carry on without them.
It is a sacrifice that is easy to forget and many will not understand how precious it is until they are at the risk of having it taken away. There are encroachments being made on our freedoms right now by those who think they know better. This is a conversation for another time.
Today we remember a sacrifice made and a debt we cannot repay. Today we pray to God of Heaven to bless the lost of loved ones. Also, to bless the walking wounded and their families.
May we not take one day but everyday to pray for our freedom and those who help keep us free.

Like you I’m not sure when we can hold a meeting again, but after our last call in session, I will not attempt it again. According to Department guidelines for post elections during the pandemic, we should turn our election progress over to the Executive Committee to appoint our Post Officer’s for the upcoming year.
I have asked our Adjutant in this month’s mail out to ask our membership to agree with this recommendation . If you agree do nothing, however you can disagree by writing a protest letter to the post by June 13th. Protest letter should include name, membership ID and phone contact. No phone calls please.
We are open on Friday for drive by dinners with John, and Carl is serving cocktails on the patio. Remember to keep your distance.
