Tomorrow, Tuesday, November 7th, the Bar will open @ 4:30 pm. The General Business Meeting will begin @ 5 pm. Followed by the Executive Board Meeting @ 6pm.

May the reason for the season show health and family blessings upon all.  May your Thanksgiving be all that you hope this year.

Please, let me know if anyone is sick or in the hospital.  If anyone has passed let me know and if military honor is needed have the funeral home contact The Turlock Honor Guard.

Comrades,

This coming month will be very busy for our Post.  On November 4th Turlock Naval ROTC Annual Dinner and Dance at Salvation Army Hall on 893 Lander Ave. Dinner starts at 5:30pm. Wear your Legion Caps and suit with tie or uniforms with medals for those that still wear them.

On November 8th Stanislaus University is hosting a Veteran’s event from 10:30am-1:30pm to Thank Veterans. All veterans are invited.

On November 10th at the Cannon in Central park is a ceremony at 1pm. To Honor Vietnam Veterans Turlock High School’s Band will perform from 10am-12:30pm. Following on Veterans Day will be a Ribbon Cutting at Stanislaus County Veterans Center. Limited tours will be available along with refreshment starting at 3:30pm, located at Sylvan Square 3500 Coffee Road, Modesto.

We will have our Annual Thanksgiving and Christmas Dinner, watch our website for dates.
