This month has been fast’n furious. Hope all are doing well. I haven’t received any info of others being sick or in the hospital, the sick call will let you know who has been sick. Some of our members are on extended call.

With the summer coming to a close and Fall beginning, I would like for us to turn our attention to Friday Dinners. Linda has work very hard to provide us with some great dinner selections, only to have 10-18 people come to eat. Linda has a reservation line for our members to call: 209-652-6634. Please make your reservations by Wednesday, so she can know how much food to purchase.
I also want to thank John for a wonderful meal for the Post Installation of Officers. Congratulations to the Post Officers and a reminder that you must attend all Executive Board Meetings, if you cannot make meeting, call the Comer or Adjutant to be excused.
We have a Labor Day Picnic on September 5th, at the VFW picnic Area starting at 12 noon. This is a combined event with the VFW/DAV/AMERICAN LEGION.
Members names starting from A-N please bring Salads and M-Z bring dessert. Both VFW and American Legion are sharing the cost of a keg of Beer, I hope our members please come and attend.
