Chaplain’s Corner For September.

Dear Brothers & Sisters,

We have just gone through the holiday of Labor Day. How many of us have worked on Labor Day, Veterans Day, and many other holidays when we worked or served in the military? Now, how many of us don’t work these holidays and don’t do anything special for someone or our self?

We have some major holidays coming up toward the last of this year. Plan on doing something special for yourself or someone else special while you can.

May God bless and keep you.

Chaplain’s Corner For August.

Dear Brothers & Sisters,

We are closing out on July. We pray that all are doing well. I haven’t been notified of anyone new who is on our sick call so far this month. We still have our members that are on the mend. May God protect you and our families.

May God grant us peace and good will.

Chaplain’s Corner For July.

Dear Brothers & Sisters,

We are into another month which includes The Fourth of July. It is another time of putting our Veterans up front in the publics eyes. I know that us Vets always are thinking about our brothers and sisters that we served with or have come in contact with through our lives. Fly the flag to help and promote our country to others.

May God grant us peace and good will.

Chaplain’s Corner For February.

Dear Brothers & Sisters,

We are all getting on in life and our health dictates what we can do. Sometime we can help each other in a small way, or sometimes we can be a large help to each other. I can use a small help from most of you.

If a friend or relative, that is a member, would you please contact me with the information of the person who is under the weather of who has gone on to the last call. I will get a card out and if able a visit. I am also the Chaplain of the Turlock Honor Guard that consists of the American Legion, VFW 5059, The AM VETS, and The Korean War Dogs 203.

Thank you in advance for letting me know. God Bless All.
